If you are receiving unwanted messages from Koinonia Institute or Koinonia House...
To unsubscribe:
- Head to ourĀ Unsubscribe page
- Enter your email address and click unsubscribe. This will take you off our publications list. If you are a KI member participating in StudyCenter, this will not, however, eliminate notification emails and participation alerts for activities you participate in within Studycenter. You must log into KI and edit your profile settings in this case.
If, even after unsubscribing, you still receive our messages, this could be the result of a couple of things:
- Most commonly, you may have used a different email address for our mailing list.
- An alternate email address has been used for our mailing list, and is forwarding to your new email address. For example, when an employee leaves a business, they often have their work email forwarded to an employee who is taking their place. If the employee who left was on our mailing list, then the new employee would have our emails automatically forwarded to them. In this case, the other email is the one on our list and should be the one to be unsubscribed.
What you can do:
- Set up a filter or rule in your email client to immediately delete KI emails or send them to a junk folder.
- Most bulk emails from us will have an 'update your preferences' or 'unsubscribe from this list' link near the bottom of the email.
- Send a message using ourĀ Contact page and have us take a look to verify that you have been removed from our mailing list.
